However, agricultural products are naturally subject to variations in size, color, appearance, moisture, crop characteristics, availability, season, origin, and other specifications. Final product specifications will be agreed upon between SSBR Global Trade and the buyer before order confirmation.
3. Product Availability All products displayed on our website are subject to availability, seasonality, sourcing conditions, minimum order quantities, destination requirements, and applicable export regulations. Displaying a product on our website does not guarantee immediate availability.
4. Enquiries & Quotations Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute an order or binding contract.
Any quotation provided by SSBR Global Trade may specify applicable: Price • Quantity • Product specifications • Grade • Packaging • Incoterms • Payment terms • Shipment schedule • Port of loading • Destination • Quotation validity
A transaction becomes binding only after the applicable commercial terms have been mutually agreed and the order has been formally accepted by SSBR Global Trade.
5. Pricing Product prices may vary depending on market conditions, commodity prices, quantity, grade, season, packaging, freight, exchange rates, destination, and other commercial factors. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a quotation, prices displayed or discussed should not be considered permanently fixed.
6. Orders & Confirmation Orders are subject to acceptance by SSBR Global Trade. Final requirements—including product, quantity, quality specifications, packaging, price, delivery terms, payment terms, and shipment schedule—should be confirmed in the relevant quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, sales contract, or other agreed commercial documentation.
7. Payment Terms Payment terms will be communicated and mutually agreed upon for each transaction. Buyers should make payments only to bank accounts officially communicated by SSBR Global Trade through authorized channels. SSBR Global Trade will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized accounts or third parties resulting from instructions that have not been independently verified through our official communication channels.
8. Shipping & Delivery Shipping arrangements will be governed by the agreed commercial terms, including the applicable Incoterms® rule, where specified. Shipment and delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delays may occur because of circumstances including shipping-line schedules, port congestion, customs procedures, regulatory inspections, weather, transportation disruptions, or other events beyond reasonable control.
9. Inspection & Quality Product quality and specifications will be based on the terms agreed for the particular order. Where required, inspection, testing, certification, or third-party verification may be arranged subject to mutual agreement regarding the scope, agency, timing, and associated costs.
10. Claims Any claim concerning quantity, packaging, visible damage, or product conformity should be communicated within the period specified in the applicable sales contract, invoice, purchase order, or other agreed transaction document. Claims should be supported by appropriate evidence, which may include photographs, inspection reports, shipping documents, laboratory reports, or other relevant documentation.
11. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise stated, the SSBR Global Trade name, logo, website content, graphics, designs, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to SSBR Global Trade. They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without appropriate authorization.
12. Website Use Users must not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities or attempt to interfere with the website's security, availability, or operation.
